Not only do we have the longest outdoor tubing hill in the state, but we also offer axe-throwing, a mountain coaster, an alpine flyer ride, and more! Here are some highlights:
Snow Tubing– 500 feet long with a 70-foot drop and real snow during the winter!
Ski Lift Shootout– 2-seater suspended alpine flyer ride with a competitive element; shoot at the targets to beat the high score!
Avalanche Snow Mountain Coaster– 2-seater coaster with a hand-controlled brake that zips and dips along Rowdy Bear Ridge, offering spectacular views of the Smokies.
Axe-Throwing– outdoor lanes suitable for ages 10 and up; trained staff on-site to help you properly throw an axe, so it’s beginner-friendly!

Seasonal Events

The late fall boasts a wide variety of festivals, Thanksgiving feasts, and opportunities to admire the peak fall foliage, and winter is full of exciting Winterfest activities. One of the most exciting holiday events in the Smokies is at our sister attraction in Sevierville, SkyLand’s Festival of Lights, which begins on November 1st! The extravagant light displays and projections along with the stunning Christmas trees and holiday decorations will be sure to make even the crankiest Scrooge full of the Christmas spirit. Later on, SkyLand Ranch will also be hosting Santa’s Country Christmas Breakfast on select Saturdays leading up to Christmas, and then you can also reserve tickets for a special Christmas Eve feast at The Ranch!

Where To Stay

lodging in Pigeon Forge, you certainly have plenty of options no matter your preferences and budget. From cabin rentals surrounded by scenic mountain views to hotels, motels, and condos right on the Parkway, there’s really no wrong choice! A few perks of a cabin include more space and privacy, more pet-friendly options, and other amenities like private indoor pools, game rooms, home theaters, and full-size kitchens. However, accommodations along the Parkway offer extra convenience in location, complimentary breakfast, and could be more affordable for small families or quick trips.
